I know Seasonic is a major OEM. I doubt that they make half of the rebranded PSUs but they do make a lot. And as you have stated, it's all down to the specs the purchasing company gives them. My concern was given NZXT's track record with cases, I had my doubts as to whether they would do it right. With cases it's a question of taste. Some folks like flashy designs over build quality. But PSU's are a different matter. A crappy PSU affects stability and use, wastes power and in some cases, slowly kills itself and everything in your box. A good PSU pays for itself.

I can agree with Necro , NZXT is an intermediate case desinger , relatively middle priced but it's really crappy once you realize it at home , Coolermaster Cosmos S is one of the best desings and looks and feature wise , but it's old , the cosmos S needs another reload , things like adjustable fans and LEDs and other stuff newer cases have , it's perfect for users too , it's EATX so you can work nicely inside , i bought the NZXT Lexa case and it looked great on the picture now it's a bit of a dissapoint , the FEET the case is standing are weirdly attached so they bend and it's PLASTIC feet , they always bend a bit and produce scratching/cracking noise (though they aren't breaking yet) Other than thermometer LED on the front , it doesn't have any more features than a standard case.

I've only ever worked with their cases, but, if the quality of their PSUs is anything like their cases, I won't touch one. As a matter of fact, I have a healing cut right now from a crappy NZXT case. Who knows though, maybe they will contract with a good company to build them as Corsair did and they'll be a hit. Or not.
