			<description><![CDATA[if thats true it looks like last column is the ontario bobcats which fits with this story, lowest at 5w seems low. the the third column looks like the desktop parts since it has highest TDP. 75w quad or 100w quad core is pretty good since Most ppl were expecting 125w or 140w.]]></description>
