Some mistakes here: Brazos uses Ontario, a 40nm TSMC Fusion APU, consisting of a Bobcat core (AMD's "Atom", basically) and a GPU. It is Llano (the K10.5-based Fusion APU) which is 32nm, along w/ Bulldozer. AMD has said that both Llano & Ontario APUs will be in systems in H1 2011.

well if the next gen AMD chips are going 32nm or 28nm as rumoured then I would say they are almost certainly using a 6xxx chip for the power saving, if these fusion chips are going in laptops and all in one PCs then they need to be as cool and energy efficient as possible

IMHO 5xxx series graphics will be more than sufficient for such a platform, so I see no need for 6xxx parts... For some intended uses (HTPCs for example), even DirectX 11 doesn't matter that much - anything with a proper UVD will do. In any case the graphics will be a lot better than anything Intel will have to offer and that's what matters.

if it's Q4 2010 then the GPU might be part of the "HD 6xxx series" although I wouldn't think like that just yet, the integrated graphics on the new AMD 800 chipset motherboards are HD 4xxx series and are only DX10.1, it might suggest that the fusion chips is using something related to the HD 5xxx series, even though the new generation will probably be released before fusion
