Financially troubled hardware company Dell is pushing more of its manufacturing operations to Asia in a bid to cut costs.
Steve Felice, president of Dell's Asia operations said that the companywould be using partners in China, Taiwan and India. He said that more components will be outsourced to the supply chain.
So far Hon Hai Precision Industry, the world's largest maker of electronics for other companies, has won orders from Dell to make desktop computers.
Dell is also expected to be in retail shops in China soon.
